We offer measuring laboratories suitable for testing dielectric equipment.
The comprehensive offer of ZPRE “Jedlicze” Sp. z o. o. comprises:
- carrying out the construction/building and technical design,
- delivery and assembly of the laboratory,
- commissioning/start-up/putting into service,
- implementation of measurement procedures,
- giving training to operators.
The complete set includes:
The control panel is designed to record the results of dielectric equipment test measurements. The universal control system makes it possible to carry out test measurements, such as tests of gloves and footwear, insulating poles, electro-insulating mats and rugs, voltage indicators and other equipment for work under voltage (live equipment).
Test transformer, type ZTP/40, is used to test electrical strength of insulation. It can be used as a high voltage source in all kinds of laboratories.
Test transformer, type ZTP/110/55/40/20, is used to test the electrical strength of insulation. It can be used as a high voltage source in all kinds of laboratories.
The resistive voltage divider is used in high voltage test systems. It is used to measure high AC voltages and their components up to 110kV
The UDI-1 device is designed to perform voltage tests on insulation poles. A single test may be performed on one pole having the length of the working part not less than 620 mm.
The UDI-3 device is designed to perform voltage tests on insulation poles. Three poles with a working part length of not less than 620 mm can be tested at a time.
Damping resistors provide protection against the over-voltages that arise when testing dielectric equipment. The resistance values are selected individually and according to needs. This solution ensures maximum protection of the measuring system and minimises the risk of damage to the test transformer.
The transformer earthing switch is used to protect the work area when testing dielectric equipment. Its main role is to ground de-energised equipment (elimination of residual voltages) and also to protect against the effects of unintentional occurrence of voltage.
The device is used for automatic dielectric testing of personal protective equipment. The state-of-the-art station is dedicated to measurements of gloves, boots and wellingtons and meets the current standards.
The UCI-40-07 facility is designed to perform voltage tests on insulating mats and rugs, having the masking frame and the HV electrode of the following dimensions: 400mm x 400mm, 600mm x 600mm and 700mm x 700mm. Thanks to its design, the device can test electro-insulating mats in the following classes: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4.
The UCI-40-07 facility is designed to perform voltage tests on insulating mats and rugs/carpets, having the masking frame and the HV electrode of the following dimensions: 600mm x 600mm, 700mm x 700mm and 1000mm x 1500mm. Thanks to its design, the device can test electro-insulating mats in the following classes: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4.
The UBR-V device is designed to test the spark discharge resistance and protection against bridging of equipment for working at voltages up to 36 kV.
The test bench for voltage and phase indicators allows the measurement of the threshold voltage and the influence of the interference voltage in the compatible and opposite phase.
Depending on the needs, it is possible to check the correct operation of voltage indicators of capacitive type (according to the PN-IEC 61243-1 standard: 2007) for voltages up to 52 kV and above 52 kV.
The device is designed for drying dielectric rubber equipment, including electrically insulating gloves and boots. The warm air circulates inside the unit, resulting in very rapid and thorough drying of the suspended items.
