Completed Projects

We have carried out a number of refurbishments and upgrades including:

1. Rewinding with modernisation of the exciter, type WGT – 2700 – 500; 1150kVA.
2. Overhaul of stator and rotor of the H-1 hydro-generator; type GS237; power 4400MVA; 6 kV
3. Overhaul of stator and rotor of a SAS 1812 type engine; power 2750 kW; 6 kV
4. Re-winding of the stator of the 930MK1C compressor motor, type CT10Y16; power 3700 kW; 10 kV
5. Overhaul of motor stator, type 1-MC-02; power 4400kW; 6 kV
6. Overhaul of transformer, type TAO 8000/15; power 8000kVA; 15/6 kV.
7. Overhaul of electromagnetic drum, type MDM120/200 10700W
8. Rewinding of a dry autotransformer, type TLHO 24/9103; 6810 kVA.
9. Rewinding of a dry autotransformer, type TLHO 24/9103; 6810 kVA.

Among other things, we have supplied traction switchgear for construction and modernisation projects carried out on the following railway lines:

• 14, 811 on the following section: Łódź Kaliska – Zduńska Wola – Ostrów Wielkopolski,
• E59 on the section between Dobiegniew and Słonice,
• E20 on the section between Warszawa and Poznań,
• 99 CHABÓWKA – ZAKOPANE,
• C-E 65 on the following section: Chorzów Batory -Tarnowskie Góry – Karsznice – Inowrocław – Bydgoszcz – Maksymilianowo.

The most important completed projects in this field of activity of ZPRE “Jedlicze” Sp. z o. o. include:

1. Delivery of steel structures for apparatus and structures for substation gates in relation to reconstruction and construction of 400kV switching stations in Kozienice, Żydów, Gdańsk, Olsztyn and Bydgoszcz.
2. Delivery of lighting towers in connection with the implementation of the task entitled “The modernisation of the sports stadium at Legionów Street in Krosno – the construction of lighting for the pitch, the track and the machinery park, together with the necessary technical infrastructure”.
3. Fabrication of steel structures for observation towers in the following localities: Świeradów Zdrój, Różanka, and steel observation towers in: Skryhiczyn, Uchańska and Ichniszów.
4. The prefabrication of the guide shaft structure with anti-corrosion and fire protection in the L-6 shaft construction area as part of the investment entitled “Construction of a shaft complex including transport logistics as part of the project – Changing the function of the L-6 shaft to a material and descent shaft”.
5. Construction of steel structures as part of the project entitled “Design, construction, equipping of a DVOR/DME radio navigation facility with the necessary technical infrastructure”.
6. Delivery of construction of 22 osprey nesting platforms on high voltage towers in the forest districts of north-western Poland.
7. Delivery and assembly of steel constructions for the communication link as part of the investment task “Modernisation of Pyrometallurgy in the PZ extraction section in HMG I”.
8. Construction of exhaust gas ducts with supports as part of the modernisation of the Kortowo Combined Heat and Power Plant.
9. Delivery of 400 kV tower structures in connection with the construction of a 400 kV line connecting the following locations: Kozienice – Siedlce, Bydgoszcz Zachód – Jasiniec, Warsaw metropolitan area – Siedlce, Ełk Bis – state border.
10. Delivery and installation of 400 kV towers structures in connection with the extension and modernisation of the 220/110 kV Skawina line along with the introduction of a 2x2x400 kV line.
11. Fabrication of prototype 220 kV towers together with strength tests in connection with the construction of the 220 kV Recław – Glinki line.

Among other things, we have carried out the following within this field of economic activity:

1. Delivery and installation of dedusting, desulphurisation and denitrification systems at the MPEC Olsztyn – Kortowo heat plant – total of approx. 700 tonnes.
2. Fabrication, delivery and assembly of steel constructions for the furnace platform along with anticorrosive protection as part of the task entitled “Development of a continuous laminate production technology for a wide range of thermoplastics with a special focus on inorganic fibres in particular continuous basalt fibre”.
3. Erection of a manufacturing hall in Krosno for Goodrich Aerospace Poland Sp. z o. o.
4. Construction of a storage facility with internal installations in Miejsce Piastowe – 451 m² for M-Bud Warszawa Sp. z o. o.
5. Construction of a detached service building – indoor tennis court with sanitary facilities in EPC mode in Krosno – 784 m² for WAYSS FREYTAG Sp. z o. o.
6. Construction of a production hall for manufacturing steel structures in Jedlicze – 2726 m² for Budomex Sp. z o. o.
7. Construction of a hall with installations/systems in Jasienica Rosielna – 874 m2 for Multi Stone Sp. z o. o.
8. Extension of a production building – finishing hall for processing boards with a transformer station in Krosno – 1862 m² for Panmar Sp. J.
9. Construction of an innovative production and service centre, including the construction of a production and warehouse building together with a staff recreation and office building in Szczepańcowa – 1794 m² (Factory 4×4).
10. Construction of an innovative raw materials base with proprietary technological solutions – as a result of the work, 11 shelters were built for the storage and warehousing of materials with a total built-up area of 5,741.22 m² for Panmar Wood Sp. z o. o.
11. Construction of a storage and logistics hall with a loading shed on the premises of the PANMAR facility in Krosno – 3975 m² for Panmar Sp. J.
12. Construction of a production and storage hall in Krosno – 1820 m² for Laminex.
