We specialise in the repair of MV transformers of domestic and foreign manufacture:
- oil types,
- dry types,
- of a special design/construction.
The scope of work performed includes, but is not limited to:
- replacement of the upper voltage windings,
- replacement or regeneration of lower voltage windings,
- replacement or adjustment of on-load tap-changers,
- mechanical repairs of cores and housings,
- replacement of seals,
- replacement of insulators,
- centrifugation or replacement of transformer oil,
- replacement of heat sinks/radiators and heat sink/radiators sealings,
- mechanical repairs
Based on the potential of our engineering staff and our many years of experience, we carry out modernisation overhauls/repairs of transformers.
Among other things, we offer:
- voltage ratio changes
- changes to connection groups,
- changes to the thermo-resistance class of insulation,
- changes in cooling intensity through the use of modern heat sinks/radiators.
The correctness of the work performed is confirmed by the results of inter-operational and final tests carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant groups of standards: PN-EN 60034, PN-E-04700, PN-EN IEC 60079, ISO 10816 and internal control/inspection schedules of ZPRE “Jedlicze” Sp. z o. o.
