We specialise in repairs of:
- industrial electromagnets,
- lifting electromagnets/gripping electromagnets,
- separators and chokes/impedance coils.
The scope of work performed includes, but is not limited to:
- disassembly and assembly on site,
- making windings from shaped and round winding wires (Cu or Al) and anodised aluminium tape,
- installation of the windings,
- making new insulation systems and systems to dissipate heat from the windings,
- making and replacing terminal boxes,
- body/housing reconditioning,
- regeneration of pole shoes or making new ones,
- reconditioning or making of damaged mechanical parts.
The correctness of the work performed is confirmed by the results of inter-operational and final tests carried out in accordance with the internal/in-house control/inspection schedules of ZPRE “Jedlicze” Sp. z o.o.
